President Trump and first lady
Melania Trump have tested positive for Covid-19. they're now quarantining.
Here's where he's been in the week .
The White House says they're
"both well," and Trump is predicted to continue his duties while
recovering.
Vice President Mike Pence and
therefore the second lady tested negative, consistent with his spokesperson.
RNC chairwoman Ronna McDaniel has
also tested positive.
US Health and Human Services
Secretary Alex Azar said he wishes “the President and therefore the first lady
and each American fighting Covid-19 a swift and complete recovery.”
Azar is speaking before the a House
Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis hearing.
He said, “I wish to precise my
gratitude on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services and
therefore the Trump administration for the support that Congress has provided
throughout this unprecedented crisis.”
